香米蒸牛胸的做法?

香米蒸牛胸的做法?


湖北品牌大米


主料:黄牛胸肉350克,香米200克


配料:盐3克,味精1克,胡椒粉2克,花椒油25克,干淀粉10克,香料包(花椒3克、八角5克,桂皮5克,丁香1克,茴香3克)


要求:选用新鲜的黄牛胸肉、香米等精心烹制而成


口味:嫩软糯,米香浓郁。


湖北品牌大米教你如何制作:


1、将牛胸加清水,放香料包小火卤制八成熟时捞出,切成3厘米长、1厘米宽的条备用;


2、将香米用温水浸泡2-3个小时,控干水后,将盐、味精、胡椒粉、花椒油拌入香米中调匀;


3、牛胸条拍干淀粉粘满香米放入蒸笼中,大火蒸制45分钟后装盘;


4、将精制油和花椒油入五成热油锅中烧1分钟,起锅淋入蒸好的原料上即可。
